Communication
is a key, integrated element of ProspectSoft CRM systems, which
enables users to send and receive information to and from customers
and suppliers and to share that information with co-workers, wherever
they may be located. Information from all software systems that ProspectSoft integrates with may also be communicated around the user’s organisation. Through CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) ProspectSoft CRM users can dial any switchboard, DDI or mobile numbers automatically and are notified automatically who is dialling in. By
simplifying information access and flow, ProspectSoft CRM becomes
a desktop communications centre for the whole company. |
